WHOLESALE
Please be ready to provide the Tax ID#, business name, address and website when
we talk.
SAMPLES
For wholesale accounts, we will gladly send you a limited number of samples for
free. You must provide the Tax ID #, business name, address and phone
number. Requests for identical samples or more than three samples will be
invoiced at the wholesale price.
SHIPPING
If your order is damaged en route, please keep all packaging materials
until the carrier inspects the shipment. This will ensure a full refund
on damaged items.
OPENING AN ACCOUNT
To open an account, proof of business and professional status as well as signed
Terms and Conditions are required. Each order request will be reviewed on
an individual basis. Skincare by Feleciai reserves the right to select
and limit the clients to distribute to.
MINIMUM OPENING ORDER
Minimum
purchase amount for opening orders is $300. We make exceptions for small
businesses owned by women entrepreneurs.
MINIMUM RE-ORDER
There is no required dollar amount on re-orders, however the order must include
a quantity of 10 items.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES AND BACK ORDERS
Most orders will be received within 7 to 14 business days once Skincare by
Feleciai receives payment. We make every effort to have the product you need in
stock. However, in order to provide you with the freshest products
possible, we do not stock large volumes and back orders may occur. We
will always provide you with an approximate date of shipment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All orders may be paid by VISA, M/C, Discover, American Express or by company
check.
PAYMENT TERMS
Skincare by Feleciai requires payment upon shipping. Payments returned
for insufficient funds will incur a $35 service charge.
SHIPPING SERVICES
All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS, whichever one is most cost effective.
Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping and will be added to
the invoice.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If products are damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged products in
the original shipping carton and immediately notify Skincare by Feleciai and/or
the courier. UPS will require a damage inspection and claim for
reimbursement. Skincare by Feleciai will immediately send a replacement
of damaged products to accommodate the client. If client does not
keep the original shipping carton, the client will be responsible for shipping
charges.
RETURNS
Skincare by Feleciai accepts returns of damaged or defective products.
Contact us immediately if product is damaged or defective. Approved
returns of damaged products must be processed within 30 days of receipt of
order. The full value of the product will then be credited to the
client’s account.
Returns on expired products are not accepted. Products have a minimum 1
year shelf life.
PRICE CHANGES
We make every effort to inform our clients prior to making any price
changes. However, due to frequent increases in raw ingredients’ and
packaging pricing, prices are subject to change without notice.
Skincare by Feleciai’s products cannot be sold for less than the suggested
retail price, without written authorization.
By placing an order, I declare that I have read and agree to the Terms and
Conditions as specified by Skincare by Feleciai. I also declare that I am
authorized to place orders and take full responsibility for acceptance and
payment of all future orders placed under our account.
