Orders over $100* are shipped free of charge for the contiguous U.S. only. International orders will pay standard shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders must be placed by calling 510.967.6661.  Please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information.  Customer service is available for phone orders from Monday-Friday, 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 100% LOVE guarantee! We stand behind our products and have many happy customers. If you don't love your Skincare by Feleciai products, please email us at info@skincarebyfeleciai.com within 14 of receipt of your purchase. Just mail us back the product (postmarked within 14 days after receipt of your purchase) and we will either exchange or refund you. We are unable to refund the freight charges, and we cannot accept any products after that period.
