We guarantee that our products will be as stated and delivered in a timely manner. If you have a problem with any product received, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Within our discretion, we may replace the product or issue a refund.

Shipping
We strive to have all orders shipped within 2 days of receipt, but that time can vary depending on the quantity of orders on hand and whether product needs to be made to fill your order. We keep only a limited amount of stock on hand in order to assure freshness of all products.

We will contact you at the email address you provide with any information about your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is correct and that any spam filters or email authentication systems on your email account are set to receive email from Skincare by Feleciai.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (within the US). Flat rate shipping at $5.00 by Priority Mail for all orders under $50.
Orders with free or flat rate shipping are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Priority Mail generally takes 2 - 4 business days to arrive anywhere in the country. However, one of the downsides to Priority Mail is that there is no tracking service available.

If you haven't received your package within 10 days, please let us know. We will do all we can to track down the order and see if there is anything that can be done. Depending on the order, we may ship a new one out to you, but this is at our discretion.

International Orders
International orders may be placed through our shopping cart. They are shipped by Priority Mail International, using Flat Rate shipping boxes. We cannot guarantee the delivery of international orders as once they leave the country they are too difficult for us to follow up on.
